We offer an array of services design to promote early prevention of kidney disease in patients who are at high risk of developing kidney disease. Our services are also for those in the early stages of kidney disease aim to help delay the progression of kidney disease.  We will help you protect your kidneys to avoid dialysis. No CKD-No dialysis! Delay CKD-Delay Dialysis!

Kidney Screens

Screening is done to make sure you do not have issues with your kidneys already. It simply measures kidney function.

Visits

Initial Visit

We will complete a comprehensive history. With the comprehensive history, we are laser focused on any factors that may cause you to be at risk for developing CKD. We will create a plan for modifiable factors of CKD.

In-Office Visit

You decide how often you want your in-office visit after the initial visit. The purpose is to evaluate and update the plan when and if warranted.

Unlimited Access

Once invited to patient portal, please accept the invitation. You receive access to us 7 days a week through the portal.

Dietary Counseling

Eighty percent of your success depends on what you put in and keep out of your mouth. This is probably the most important aspect of all when it comes to preventing and delaying kidney disease.

Kidney Disease Education

This is provided and covered by insurance for patients only in stage 4 kidney disease. Because we promote early detection, early prevention and delay of kidney disease, kidney education is what we do. 

Renal Protection Program

This program is essential. It is what a motor is to a car. It is included with membership.

No Wait or Minimal Wait Appointment

  • Our goal is to have you seen upon your arrival. We are sure with proper planning we can accomplish our goal.

Full Access during Business hours

  • Available by phone and portal.
  • Ask us any questions pertaining to your kidney health.

After Hours Access

  • Patient has direct access to the Nurse Practitioner 7 days a week via patient portal.
  • If there is an Emergency, go to the nearest Emergency room or CALL 911
  • Non-Urgent concerns can be sent via patient Portal and will be addressed during business Hours and after hours until 8pm.
