If you do not have a PCP, we will work with you to help you. If you have a PCP, we encourage you to keep your current PCP. However, you are welcome to receive kidney focused consulting.

Excellent question. The work that it entails to equip patients with the tools to prevent or delay the progression of CKD is long and complex. The time that is demanded to assess, teach, implement an individualized plan of care, evaluate, and reevaluate for each patient requires an extended visit. If we provided traditional PCP services, we would not be able to give you what you need to help protect your kidneys.
